Sectors — Logistics
Pickers, forklift drivers, dock teams and supervisors in warehouses and distribution centres, on one push-to-talk platform across the floor, the yard and the dock. One radio per post, handed over at shift change. Fewer calls missed, less walking to find people, and nobody reaching for a phone mid-task.
01 — The teams
Call for a replenishment or a recount without walking to the office.
Know the next move the moment it is called, without leaving the yard.
Trucks, doors and loading order coordinated on one channel.
Reach every channel on site, and hand radios over at shift change with nothing to log into.
02 — How it works
One Verbo account for your company. Each warehouse or hub is set up with its own channels, and the web console can talk to any channel at any site.
| Push-to-talk on rugged radios | One button to talk; a knob to change channel, with the call kept |
|---|---|
| Floor control | One speaker per channel at a time, so nobody talks over anyone |
| Web dispatcher console | Talk to any channel from the browser, and manage channels |
| Live map | Every radio's position, updated as staff move |
| AI voice transcripts | Each transmission transcribed after it ends, kept with the recording |
| Your data | Stored and processed in an EU cloud region, or self-hosted in your own data centre; in Saudi Arabia, in the Kingdom |
| SOS | Hold the radio’s button for three seconds: the dispatcher gets an alert with the worker’s location, and the alert takes the channel even when someone else is talking |
| Geofencing | Zones for the yard, the gates or the car park: see who enters and leaves, with alerts and a log |
| Time-window replay | Look back at a window of time: hear what was said and see where everyone was |
| Transcript search | Find a past transmission by what was said in it |
| Network | Carrier LTE or Wi-Fi; no radio masts or repeaters to install on site |

Answers to what operations and IT teams ask before choosing push-to-talk.
Ask us something else →Yes, over 4G or over your site’s Wi-Fi. Coverage in racked aisles, cold stores and basements is checked during setup, before rollout.
Yes. Calls are HD voice, using the Opus wideband codec, and the RG190 adds hardware noise cancellation with a second microphone and a 2.5 W speaker of over 105 dB, built for loud floors.
Yes. Talking is one key on the side of the radio and changing channel is a knob on top, with nothing to unlock or read.
Yes. A radio belongs to a post, not a person, and is handed over at shift change with nothing to log into. The battery is removable, so a charged one can go in between shifts. You pay per radio, not per worker.
The dispatcher gets an alert with the worker’s location, and the alert takes the channel even when someone else is talking. Every alert is logged until it is resolved. It goes to your dispatcher; it does not call emergency services.
Yes. The web console has push-to-talk to any channel, a live map of every radio, and recent audio, all in the browser.
Yes. Each warehouse or hub is set up with its own channels under your company’s account, and the console reaches every channel.
Buy RG190 radios from a reseller, set up a channel for each team and site in the console, and hand the radios out. There are no masts or repeaters to install.
